Fear Mongering & Misinformation

The fear mongering and misinformation on Lemon8 is getting out of hand. Specifically in the motherhood community. Between the lady telling people not to feed kids vegetables or let them read until they are 7, to moms like this one causing fear around formula and spreading dangerous misinform

There are absolutely wild health and wellness claims in this app! And honestly, I think some of the “challenges” promote it. I’ve seen some health/fitness challenges and even the suggested sample posts are things that are absolutely misinformation.

All of the mamas are doing an amazing job no matter how you feed your baby or kids, you’re doing an amazing job. I just had someone tell me the other day that my kid shouldn’t be eating cookies. Like ummm who are you to tell me what or how to feed my kid?! Just wild. People these days.
